Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Large grills are shipped via freight carriers and generally arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Does my Broil King grill come with a warranty?
Yes, Broil King offers a comprehensive warranty program. Most models feature a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox, and 2-10 years on burners and other components depending on the specific series.
What is your return policy for home outdoor equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of grills, return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective.
How do I find replacement parts for my specific model?
You can use our online Part Finder tool by entering your grill's serial number, which is located on the rating plate on the rear or side of the cabinet.
Are Broil King grills compatible with natural gas or propane?
Most of our models are engineered specifically for either Liquid Propane (LP) or Natural Gas (NG). Please ensure you select the correct fuel type at checkout, as we do not recommend using conversion kits for safety reasons.
