At Broil King, we stand behind the quality of our grills and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully pack the unused product in its original box, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Broil King

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
